Let's assume you have 3grams of high quality dark web purchased fent and 70 mg of Xanax, would drinking 70mg then anally using 3grams of fent with zero tolerance it's assured to succeed, assuming no one finds you in a couple hours?

ODs have a very high failure rate because people use really bad candidate drugs that they can get over the counter. Fent isn't a sure thing by any means but that statistic doesn't apply to it.
The point about not knowing what you're getting when you source it from the DW is very important though, I think people here drastically overestimate the reliability of drug dealers.
As for the delivery method itself, I'd recommend sticking to what's been extensively tried. All sorts of different methods seem like they would work perfectly if you just try to infer the mechanics, but when you look at reports and survivor testimonies all sorts of practical problems that you couldn't possibly have conceived come up.

It's pointless saying that 95% don't work when out of 100 attempted od people use 100 different substances. If 100% tried to od with fent and large amounts, say 3 grams even dw quality(which is generally higher the street by a lot) i promise you it wouldn't be a 95% failure rate

Do you believe if someone attempted with 5 grams of dw high trust score vendors and they boofed it combined with Xanax the rate of success is atleast in the high 90%?

If you buy from dw GENERALLY quality is questionable still but almost always MUCH higher purity then street fent. The largest markets have vendors with tens of thousands of buys and thousands of high reviews, this thins out shit quality fent.
