so ive seen multiple videos of people taking SN, i know i will have massive gastrointestinal discomfort and probably heavy breathing/panic. but i'm wondering, once they are at the point of foaming at the mouth/convulsing, are they conscious? if anyone has medical experience or knows. i've had seizures and i didnt remember, and i'm hoping the hypoxia will make me either euphoric or neutral to any suffering my body is having.

i know all death is painful, i know mine will be, i will also be on a lot of benzos and quetiapine, im just wondering from a medical perspective when i will begin to dissociate/be unresponsive. it's so unclear in the videos. it seems they panic and puke for around 5-10min and then flop down and convulse. i'm wondering if these people are conscious after that time..?

i read some accounts of SN survivors saying they felt calm despite their symptoms, but the videos seem different. i know it also differs for everyone. im just posting threads because i'm obsessing over my own death... but if anyone has any anecdotes or advice please feel free to reply

I had one nearly pre-death experience once when I was choking (completely unable to breath) with water for like 15-20 seconds.

I remember after the first few seconds of absurd panic, I suddenly started feel calm, idk why, maybe it can be some defense mechanism of the human body to handle these situations? After 15s without breathing my brain entered in a calm state and I could even hear my own thoughts.

My thought was "so this is it?! this is how I'll die?! this is the big moment?!", I think I started dissociating from my body, I was feeling like in a third person perspective despite being able to see with my eyes.

I think this must have something to do with those people explaining they were also calm during the pre-death experience.

i see, in the videos after initial heaving/vomiting and when the users of the SN are dying, they thrash around and their eyes are wide open, it looks chaotic and scary. but i'm guessing, inside the mind, it's more like what you said?

Do you know what cause you choke on the water? I have had Incidents where something I was drinking when down the trachyea but it usually results on a coffing fit that lasts for a min or 2.

probably like you said, the water i was drinking went down the trachyea i was really thirsty and i only had tapwater which i assume in the country i live in isnt that clean but i was thirsty as hell and i drank a lot of it in a rush and it made me choke and not be able to breathe, i was home alone and i thought i was going to die, like 4 secs before it cleared out i was kinda happy to be honest but yeah like i said sadly it cleared out and i was able to breathe then i called my mom explaining what happend, it was a bit funny that i almost died choking on tap water lol, it was a bit traumatizing but eh, it happend in 2024 i think.

I assume my mind understood there was no escape at that point and fighting would be useless.

Also I'm a very pessimistic person, I think this helped my mind get to the conclusion that there was no escape from that given situation, and just accepted my fate.

This probably triggered something in my brain that produced one of these neurotransmitter that gives you a feeling of anesthesia and calms you.

But turns out I stopped choking and my breathing slowly came back.

ah this is helpful-- i've almost died/been hospitalized for serious reasons before and felt calm even when serious things happened. like fell off a cliff/mutilated myself but i dunno if the doctors gave me something. this is reassuring then, plus i have dopamine blockers and benzos... i just hope that when i'm horribly dying i'll atleast be like "ah well what can i do"... lol

Were you able to cough or was it full on choking?

Are there any cases where someone threw up despite using Meto and following the instructions correctly?

If so, please post links or describe exactly what was done.

Otherwise, these are just half-hearted attempts that I don't think need to be taken seriously. (IMAO)

i saw 3 full videos, idk where the links are but if you search SN it'll come eventually, unfortunately no description of the protocol because all three videos were chinese (so had mandarin caption). all that was shown was the mixture of the SN into water and subsequent ingestion.

first vid, man drank it and puked/gagged violently, he was sitting at a desk, put his head down and then eventually fell to the ground/out of frame. for the most part from his expressions i think it was just a lot of burning/acidity in the stomach, so we can assume he likely didnt use antiemetic or meto before. but i cant get meto so, might be me.

second vid, again no clear protocol, again man sitting up but on the floor, and we have the same vomiting and sort of "burning" ouchie looking sensations. from what i remember he starts tensing up and jerking, eventually falls to floor and is presumed dead, or atleast stopped moving.

third vid, woman mixes her SN and ingests it, she fans herself and expresses burning in the throat like the others, i dont think she vomited very much so maybe followed protocol. there was obvious discomfort, seen as she was breathing heavily and tossing and turning in bed. but eventually, she held onto a penguin stuffie and seemed to drift off, but was still convulsing and even had foam come out of her mouth. before she had fully stopped moving though, the camera fell.

also the convulsing described was anything from full body thrashing, tossing and turning, grand mal seizure, twitches/jerks, jaw clenching, also their eyes would be wide open. also i had the audio off because im too squeamish but i am sure there was lots of gagging and agonal breathing

also watched one more but sped it up 3Ă— as it was over an hour long and yeah pretty much the same but this dude seemed to have it far more meticulously planned & filmed, still suffered.

meto/antiemetics can only do so much, but here's good news-- the vomiting does not 100% mean your SN attempt is a no-go. all of these people dry heaved and vomited, i do not recall if any drank more after vomiting but i know not every one did, but all of them DID die.

none of these were half hearted-- judging by the description and nature of the videos, these people were desperate and used an easily accessible chemical in their respective country to ctb. all of them died, i think the longest that i saw some one moving for was the hour long video, but he did stop fully moving around 40min mark. for the rest, cameras either fell or the person themself fell out of frame before dying.

i would be very interested in seeing a video or account of someone who did follow pph rules or atleast loosely, as i am, but unfortunately all of the full accounts we have are fails... or there is unclear protocol listed on the videos
