I'm feeling lost and confused today. And I know it's my emotions taking over my brain. Most of the time I'm okay with my self. But there are days when I look into a mirror and I see a very weak girl. And I tell myself I shouldn't be alive. I hope this doesn't last to long. I know it always passes I just have to fight. And I bring up fighting a lot. Because I'm fighting sooo god damn hard to be ok. To be normal. To not let these negative emotions get me down.

This. Try and keep your mind busy with something else, a hobby or some other activity. There is nothing worse than being alone in the silence with your own thoughts as they will just run riot and try to take over.
