Feeling deeply sucidal once again

Beginning to zero once again, I was prepared few days ago, but now I guess that I'm walking to the path that leads to the end..

Times are sad, a lot of people here are leaving, this is deeply sad.
Living make me suffer, also loneliness

There's nothing except regret and nostalgia

I feel powerless

It makes perfect sense to "complain". I don't consider your words as a complaint but as what you feel at this precise moment. These suicidal thoughts are very difficult to live with on a daily basis, it's a real mental and physical suffering. We end up completely sucked into these thoughts : the guilt, the sadness, feeling like shit, feeling like it's over and our body and mind are completely dying. But also the fact that we are definitely alone with our thoughts, our destiny. It's terribly frightening : you always feel on the edge of the precipice, and you know it's going to end badly. And even if we managed to climb back up the slope, and made "efforts" to get better, we ended up diving back and drowning completely.

I don't know what to wish you, I know all too well these feelings that have lasted far too long. I send you all my prayers, I hope your pain will stop.

I don't see people leaving this world as being a tragic thing at all personally, as they are freeing themselves from the existence that they are trapped in, once someone loses consciousness all the pain fades away and they cease to exist. But life can be very sad, of course it can be devastating having to endure endless suffering day after day with no one else ever being able to understand how we experience life in any way. I would prefer to be alone but I know that loneliness can be painful for many. I wish you relief.
