Hello, i've failed everything in my life and even at a lower degree, every choice i made was the wrong one. Everything i did was doomed tot fail even for stupid reasons. Even little things that people would consider "normal" oddly failed in my case. Same goes for suicide. How can i make sure i succeed? I don't want to even fail another attempt.

I am also afraid of failing an attempt as well, it is one of the things that holds me back. We all deserve the option of euthanasia, nobody should have to resort to methods that could fail. In my case, I will plan my chosen method and do as much research as I possibly can to reduce chances of failure. Also I will make sure I am not found too early. That is the only thing I can do really.
I can relate to failing everything in life, I should have never been born really.

I have chosen the exit bag route. Painless and relatively failure free. I think the key will be accepting it at the time and welcoming the sleep, once passed the first few seconds you should be unconscious anyway.
So you only need to fight any survival instinct for a few shorts seconds.
I feel all other methods are much more open to failure as alot of them allow for too much time for your survival instinct to take over.

I remember when I was younger I tried to hang myself. I was almost at the point of unconsciousness, when I heard my baby son crying in his cot and that awoke my survival instinct. So much in fact I was able to lift my own body weight by pulling open the noose and slipping out.

Showed me that the human will to survive is extremely powerful.

This of course can overriden to some extent. Which is why I feel the exit bag is sound solution as I feel you can easily stay calm enough for a few seconds just long enough to pass out and slip away peacefully.

By choosing a method that's effective. Jumping from a very significant height, hanging (but not from a sitting or kneeling position near the wall, that shit scares me), a well aimed gunshot to the head. If you survive that you may as well consider yourself immortal.

I thought this would be perfect too but I've seen so many accounts of people waking up anyway even though they followed procedure, it's so easy to make small not noticeable mistakes with this method especially if you're not an engineer, the most minute details matter. If the flow is off even a TINY bit the whole thing doesn't work. if you consider yourself really great with technology/the Mechanics of things I envy you.

I agree with you about partial- it's still on the table for me due to lack of options but it's so easy to stand up and abort the mission, I'm looking into full now (not drop).

The flow doesn't need to be perfect, as long as you somewhere in the region of 15lpm for N2 regulators and Argon ones need around 13.
Anyone getting this wrong didn't follow the steps properly. Ie: they either used too small a bag with too much flow and too big a bag with too little flow.
As long as enough gas Is circulating and constantly refilling the bag and your bag is not too tight to allow co2 and O2 to be expelled should be no other issues.

As the main poster of the exit bag instruction thread quotes anyone who messes this up either did so on purpose or just didn't follow instructions.

Should be almost fool proof really.
