I had a sumo orange for the first time this year and I ascended. It's the fruit of the gods. I'd have the more if they weren't so expensive.
My roommates favorite might be rambutan. Whenever I bring home a bag they just devour them in one sitting, instantly.

For me it'll be mangoes and soursop. If anyone doesn't what the latter is, here's how it looks like. Soursop can also be made into a popular drink that's sold at juice stalls here.

Durian!!!!!! Although i've never tried it but i already know i'm going to love it not iust like it but love it tbh ngl tbqh
You totally should! It's a local favourite. The most popular varieties here include Mao Shan Wang 猫山王 or Musang King and D24 (Sultan). Not only durian, but I also enjoy products made from it, like candies, cakes and ice-cream.

I really like oranges, mandarins, and tangerines the most. Outside of that maybe bananas, grapes, mangoes, and watermelon.

Sadly I'm allergic to some common fruits such as apples, pears, strawberries, plums, apricots, and peaches.
Do antihistamines help? I bring along a pack of Allegra (fexofenadine, that's under the brand name Tellfast here) when I eat foods that I know might potentially trigger a bout of hives for me. Sushi and sashimi, for instance.

also spicy tamarind
Oh my god! Tamarind is AWESOME! Here it's made into a paste called Assam which can be used in sauces or as a marinade for meat and fish, and can be combined with chilli. Assam is one of my favourite flavours. Also, I looked up what Tajín is and it looks like a blast!

You know, I never thought to try anti-allergy meds for my fruit allergies. I've taken some to be around cats before which I'm also allergic to and it sort of worked. 🤔

Being allergic to dander sucks...😿 As a cat-lover I'd be devastated if it were me. Glad the AHs worked for you :smiling:

From my experience Fexofenadine (Allegra/Tellfast) does the job for hives. Chlorpheniramine is good too but it does make me drowsy.

I also love cats, even without allergy meds usually as long as I don't touch my eyes or my face after touching one I'll be fine if not a little sneezy 🤧.

Sometimes treating my pollen allergy works with Zyrtec, but I haven't taken it reliably enough for me to see results. I'll have to try that other stuff too.

Oh yeah fruits, uh I sometimes like cherries but only the maraschino kinds.
