That´s my personal motive. A lack of looks, patience and social awareness has made the quest of finding a fulfilling relationship simply impossible.

I don´t look good enough for attracting girls for casual dating, I´m too lazy to work for a gold digger and too narcissistic to settle with a woman that doesn´t fulfil my ridiculous standards. It simply won't happen, and life loses most of its magic when you are fucked in that regard.

Any more suicidal creeps out there?

interesting position, I'd love to be like a monk in that regard, married to god :)
But It's not practical, one ends up craving again and again those feelings.

I can emphasise with how it feels to be completely unsuccessful, but personally I just stopped caring. I dunno how it happened, it just did.

I can't comment on whether being a failure with girls is a valid reason to ctb - it's a totally personal thing and everyone has their own reasons which are entirely valid to them and they don't have to feel they need to justify them to anyone.

I don't know that you should 'write yourself off' though in that way. I think that girls/women often are attracted to someone who is, I hesitate to use the word 'confident' but someone who is at ease with themselves so maybe if you can find a way to be comfortable in your own skin you won't give off vibes that say 'I hate myself so you should too'

And some people do give off those vibes!

... and I'm not being critical of people who are like that, they are usually the result of a lifetime of being belittled or bullied and made to feel like rubbish so it's not their fault in any way

If that's your reason for wanting to go, then I respect it. I understand how unfulfilling life can feel when you're not successful romantically.
But let me tell you, I used to be where you are a few years ago, and now I WISH that was my only/biggest problem.

Hey I know I'm fucked up but I've also known many people with terrible self esteems that were really attractive to women. If you want an example just look at any depressed artist, many don´t look particularly happy ;)

Yeah I can definitely recognise harsher problems than being unable to get laid, I also have some of those too :)
Wish you luck hommie.

Thanks, that female validation felt really good, seriously :))

I meant it too. See, you're not such a failure! You have a sense of humour. Loads of people wouldn't know what that was if it bit them on the leg

I can definitely understand, since relationships/intimacy are a basic human need, just one step above the bare essentials of food, water, shelter. I can tell you though, that if you suddenly found yourself a girlfriend, after a couple months when the honeymoon phase wares off, you would likely find yourself depressed again. Relationships have problems of their own and are usually overrated. Sex is also overrated. If you are depressed and suicidal while single then getting into a relationship or losing your virginity or whatever isn't going to change you as a person.

Dont blame other people..blame yourself
Would you as a MAN be interested in dating an obese, ugly and dumb woman?

So tell us why would a woman be interested in dating a man who doesn't make a minimum effort to
improve himself, in life we cant get what we want, we only get what we deserve

Honestly I always found the whole "I can't girls, I must die!" to be a more cry for help. Dont get me wrong, I'm by far a handsome million pack abs guy but thats a situation with the right work that you can succeed at rather than let's jump in front of a train.

He is only 19, there is actually a possibility to find what you want, OP, if that's the main reason to CTB to you right now. Maybe it's too early to erase yourself from earth. If some other person could stop you from CTB, then someone else is your solution, then you're pretty easily saved. There is no solution for me, no one else could give me purpose, the problem is me.

19! Plenty of time, and I've seen many couples who society would deem "wtf" in terms of looks or whatever. I firmly believe in depression and your right to go but I have seen my fair share of "I can't find someone therefore it's death time" comments where it's like, put in some work and you'll be fine.

It's your call dude. Just my opinion, is a forum after all.

It's a main contributing factor to my ctb. This and being a wageslave with no prospects for the future. My dad had a good job and a family just a bit older than me. Not gonna happen here.

I believe it's a valid reason to ctb. Having a single person (especially a romantic partner) be the only thing stopping you is a risky place to be.

There is no one to blame. It´s just natural selection. Attraction is not negotiable.

Define "Attraction" ...

Would I date someone who had been terribly disfigured in a fire? Absolutely. If their personality shone through I would not notice their appearance.

So there ;-)

The devil is on the details. Of course there are exceptions, but one can't rely on them.

It's extremely easy to see a pattern of physical attractiveness in most couples. And I'm not trying to blame anyone for that, we are all attracted to beauty.
