I've tried hanging, quetiapine and paracetamol.
They all ended with early intervention
Can anyone suggest a medication for overdose that is over the counter, legal, can be purchased easily in real life and will kill me for sure? Thank you

Most over the counter stuff isn't going to kill you in a reasonable amount. As in, it'd take a fuck ton of a otc to actually kill you (like maybe multiple bottles), so you'd either vomit before you took the right amount, or if you managed to keep it in it'd be yucky horrible death (think like liver failure). Very slow and agonizing. I'm not one to critique a method, since at the end of the day it's your life and death, but in terms of overdoses, an opioid one would be a better alternative, or even like a benoz (although I'm sure those have their caveats also)

Like even trying to think of something more potent, the best I can come up with is diphenhydramine (Benadryl), and even that you'd trip spiders or something and it'd have to be really high doses and again, yucky horrible agonizing death. I might be wrong here though since my recreational drugs knowledge is limited.

There's a thread on here that explains more about this stuff and definitely more people on here who know more than just a silly seal, but with what I know I'd advise against it and try to find something else, my sorry :(

It's really really hard for OTC stuff to kill you, and like toxicjester said above, you'll end up vomiting it all up (most of the time) and end up with a really painful stomach ache and other horrid shitty things against your body.

Opioids would be your best bet, but those aren't OTC as far as I know.

Yea the closest thing to a otc "opioid" would be Kratom. I use it every now and then recreationally and thought about ODing on it but ODs on kratom by itself is rare. If you combine it with another depressant it can work but still low success rate. It's considered safer than regular opioids and some people even take it to get off of harder drugs.

Also one time I took more than I intended because I was in a super big amount of pain and it just made the whole room feel spiny and like I was car sick mega bad while also being high. I think it could've been weirdly fun if I was more prepared and ate beforehand

Low-dose codeine is OTC in Canada, I can buy a bottle of 200 Tylenol #1 pills [300mg Tylenol, 15mg caffeine, 8mg codeine per pill] for $20 at any pharmacy. You have to ask the pharmacist for it, but I've never been asked any questions, don't have to give my ID or a name or anything. I've been buying it for years for my migraines.

It's possible to do something called cold water extraction and remove the useless shit and be left with only the codeine. But you'd need dozens of 200t bottles to get even close to an overdosing amount tbh.

That's really interesting, never heard of cold water extraction before. I'd honestly attempt that (even if it takes dozens; just for fun) but as I live in Texas, I'm pretty sure any and all codeine OTC is banned.

There are none. Modern OTC meds are safe to the point where only the most ludicrous of doses will have even a moderate chance of killing you, and that's only if you manage to keep it all down without vomiting AND after hours or days of intense suffering. You have a really high chance of being discovered again, possibly suffering permanent organ damage.

All codeine is RX only in most if not all states in the US.

If you're still set on drug overdose, you'd have better luck combining cns depressants. You can also combine methods, od + hanging. But from the sound of it, the location is your biggest hurdle if you were discovered early each time.

I wish for a method like that as well, it'd bring so much peace to be able to cease existing in a guaranteed way and never suffer ever again, it feels so cruel how I cannot just have that as I understand that it's so dreadful suffering in this existence, it's so terrifying to me how trying to die can go wrong and just lead to more suffering as a result. But anyway I wish you the best, I hope that you find the freedom you are searching for.
