Extended Coma with N

If you go into an extended coma with N due to liver irregularities, cross tolerance or CNS damage are you still guaranteed to die as long as you are not found?

Or could you just wake up 3 days later after taking 13g of N?

At the swiss clinics, those who fell into extended comas, or otherwise took longer than usual, still pass away. No surviving it without medical intervention it seems.

Agreed. Even in documented extended comas, they all expired. Key is to ensure there can be no intervention.
