With this ctb method, is there a chance for arm / leg movement? Ive read of others concerns for this.
I thought about using a lounge chair and straps for the arms and legs....similar to what others have shown in their setups.
But didnt know if it was a major concern or not.

What about other issues, i.e. vomiting, etc. Should one probably refrain from drinking or eating anything several hours before?
Anyone interested in this method should pay attention to what I am about to say. Read these threads:

I am preparing my SCBA inert gas setup and waiting for delivery of a few items. It's basically a copy paste of GasMonkey's setup.
GasMonkey started heavy posting on the inert gas megathread at around page 62: https://sanctioned-suicide.net/threads/exit-bag-and-inert-gas-megathread.8393/page-62

He changed the nature of the megathread, what a hero. I strongly recommend to do heavy reading and dig deep from page 62 onward, and pay attention to what GasMonkey showed us. This method is best with SCBA/SCUBA or EEBD. According to him SCBA is the ultimate bus ticket.

In the near future, when my setup is ready, I might make a guide and provide detailed information about how to come up with SCBA setup.

Yes I had discussions with GasMonkey a few times, two years or more ago. At the time I wasn't aware of the method he planned to use.
Since that time I planned on using the same method. I now have my complete setup ready to go except for the chair and restraints.
I am just waiting to finish some personal tasks that I want to finish and finalizing my audio/written goodbyes to my family.
This is the part that is the hardest to do emotionally. Ive been avoiding it.

Yeah I remember reading you interacting with GasMonkey. Good thing you got your setup ready. I am in the process atm. I want to have it ready for when the time comes, maybe sooner than later. I hear you, the final moves before the event are hard and deep emotions/grief kicks in harder. Just take your time. Having the setup ready gives you the power to ctb more spontaneously, and you can delay or do whatever. At least we are prepared.

Yes I have a sense of relief knowing that I can end all this whenever the time is right. Im realizing that I can't fix anything and that I have made poor life choices that would make my life unbearable if I continued. I just hate that my family has to see all this afterwards. I want them to understand that its not their fault....actually they are more than loving and supportive to me. That is the hardest part knowing all this....I feel grief for them.

I do have to get a chair and restraints like GasMonkey shows in his set up.
His chair appears to be a zero gravity one and the restraints are buckle or hook/loop.
He has a strap for the upper chest, waist and legs. Then ones for each of the ankles and wrists.
Ive still got to acquire all this and set it all up.

I dont have a way of securing the cylinder to anything. I'll have to think about that.
I do know that there are wall mounted brackets and stands for cylinders.

Ive also got to look into how to keep a good seal around the mask to my face.
The masks are neoprene and manuf say to just wash with soap and water & dont use any lotions. Oh well.

From what I read there can be movement during agonal phase at the end but its minimal apparently.

I bought 3 chairs in the last 4 days.
Initially a cheap outdoor reclining (zero gravity type ) collapsible camping chair.
Tried to set it up with straps but I realised the mechanism that keeps it locked in position after unfolding from collapsed State is completely unreliable.

I then purchased a much more expensive one of the same type, same issue as the other!.

Then I decided to get a regular non-collapsible chair as there was much less risk this way.

Purchased a wooden Adirondack chair with slide out foot rest, much better!.
I think these camping chairs are an unnecessary risk in the set up,it can simply collapse/close on you since the lock on most of them are a weak plastic friction mechanism holding the chair open.
There are good ones but they cost $700 I think!.

I have wheelchair calf restraints, wheelchair upper body restraints as well as your regular cam buckle straps, rachet straps, luggage straps.
I'm not sure what to use yet.
Is there anyone doing a set up using EEBD currently?
