• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I'm looking to write a suicide note that will assure the police that my parents did not kill me. I know that suicides especially with SN warrant investigations on family members.

I'm unsure of how to phrase my note to prevent this from happening.

Thank you!

You should consider leaving a waterproof/laminated packet for EMS/LE/First Responders, comprising:

  • COVER SHEET
    • A DNR Placard or Note on the Cover Sheet. In large text DO NOT Attempt Reccussitation
      • See Footnote on this
  • IMPORTANT DECLARATIONS FOR FIRST REPONDERS
    • Death by Suicide Declaration, devoid of undue influence, by your own volition. No third-parties (to rule out foul play)
    • Declare no sharp objects/needles are on your person or used in the act (very helpful for first-responders, they don't want to get pricked by an HIV+ needle!)
    • BioHazard. Declare you have no HIV/AIDS or other contagion, and your body fluids/blood require no special handling and pose no risks.
    • HazMat. Declare no Hazardous Materials/Methods are present or were used. No dangerous chemicals, noxious fumes.
    • Method/Time of Death. Declare what method (SN, etc...) and use a permanent marker to inscribe the time of ingestion on your left/right hand to help the Coronors establish time of death.
    • Next of Kin Contact. Provide at least one contact person who will be notified of your death.
    • Important Enclosure List/Attachments. Advance Directive, ScienceCares Body Donation Application, Will and any other legal documents of relevance.
  • Make it an easy cleanup job
    • Put a plastic tarp over your body and wear a diaper. That way the hotel won't have to shut down the room as a BioHazard/HazMat crime scene and hire a guts cleanup company. Easy cleanup and extraction.
    • Buy a body bag if you can with handles. Archives same objective as the tarp (so body fluids are contained and don't permeate into drywall/flooring). For easy extraction and not burdening landlord/hotel requiring replacement of carpet/furniture/bed or Guts Cleanup company disinfection

DNR Footnootes
  • The placard should be accompanied by the executed and valid DNR Order enclosed. Further with a clarification for EMS (snippets from training manuals) on what the difference between respiratory/cardiac arrest versus failure is.
  • A warning of the potential consequences/sanctions against their certifications in the event they attempt recussitation in violation of the order or deviating from generally accepted best practices.
  • A clarification on what constitutes respiratory/cardiac arrest versus failure would be helpful, right out of a training manual page or something. Cardiac/pulmonary Arrest is not Failure. Arrest is simply the first stage where you're still breathing/beating. Failure is DOA.
