Venting Ex will blame himself

Well, we broke up. Now my ex says that if anything happens to me he'll blame himself and never forgive himself because he was the only reason I was still alive. This isn't quite true, I was planning on ctb anyway.

I don't know what to do, I want to ctb so bad. I don't want to live. He was even crying when he said it. I hate everything of what I'm about to do but in truth breaking up will make it easier to ctb because I no longer have the person who I will always remember so fondly to keepe around.

Yes unfortunately, I guess I could wait some time, not speak to him, and then ctb. This would delay my plans and is unlikely because he wants me to try hard to get better and then see if it could work between us.
