Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

My partner used to be on here, but I don't know if that really counts because I don't think they're on here anymore and they're the one that made me aware of it.
ngl, I saw a post from someone where they mentioned they lived in my state (in the US). I only found it after they CTB and I am pretty sad about it. They were such a nice person and I honestly would have liked to meet them if for no other reason than to give them a big hug.
I have always wondered if someone I know is on here IRL. I am not sure how I would feel about it...
I wasn't aware how old this thread is. Not that it matters. It's possible there could have been a few.
I'm not certain. It's just that sometimes, someone will say something like someone I know but I've never asked.
I think I would have been uncomfortable if it was someone I know.
Only if it's a loved one. There's a med-high chance of one of them eventually finding this site, once I'm under suicide watch. I don't want any of them to read my rants - that's why I'm inside an anonymous forum, in first place! I joined, so that I would be able to vent without hurting them.
Now, some old classmate? I can't discard the possibility of them being guests, but I'm sure only one of them knows I'm still alive - and I don't believe the rest remember me, so I'm fine.
