Im not going to a doctor again, im not taking any pills, no medicine and I will continue to smoke cigarettes. There's no reason for me to reach 30s or 40s, let alone 60s or 80s

I agree with u my mental health has been bad to the point where even going to the doctor feels like a challenge nowadays and for little results i just wanna stay home and find peace i am tired of this place and i wanna go i am a dysfunctional disabled young man and im tired of extending my suffering i drink
i dont smoke but i feel ya cheers man 
i might try weed in the near future.Funnily enough I know a Babushka who smokes everyday and never really see any medication whatsoever, She's still kicking and function till now. Hope you find peace with your method.Similar threads
