There is a lot of information on this subject indeed, and there are always modifications, debates. Afterwards, it's a strictly personal decision and I believe that it's also up to you to appropriate the method. Also, see what you can and can't get, and whether or not you think that medicine is necessary. Some scrupulously follow the guide, others remove certain medications and content themselves with antiemetics and antacids.
Personally, I intend to follow the guide. I have heard of changes especially on the Antacid. When it comes to meto, every drug has side effects. In my country, the pharmaceutical authorities are sounding the alarm about the rare but potentially serious cardiac effects of domperidone. But by no means on neurological or other disorders and yet they have quite strict policies on medication.
I plan to take:
- domperidone as an antiemetic
- propranolol because I'm afraid to call the hospital on my own in panic
- magnesium hydroxide in antacid
- paracetamol
I don't have access to benzos but maybe I'll take a high dose of Tramadol. I also understand to take a little bit of whiskey or something, just a little bit.
