Just try to avoid suffering in the first place. This is what I came across after considering Antinatalism and Hedonism. I am not saying that I will manage to avoid everything perfectly and find optimal, but most importantly, small steps and reduce fear, pain, suffering and nuisance.
If you have any practical ideas, write it.
Write what you want, but do not repeat the previously mentioned opinions.
From me:
-t-shirt 50% cotton and 50% polyester - no creasing too much, no need to iron
-a ready meal in the form of a shake to work (I will not advertise, but 100% ready-made, just mix with water)
-not entering into any relationships that is how it is called emotional-sexual, one or the other
-to try to find a job that does not require rushing work (I'm still looking)
-no children at all costs
-a ready method of leaving this world lying quietly in the cupboard
- not eating chocolate and cocoa, it can only chronically deregulate the opioid system and possibly circulation. You certainly won't feel better in the long term
-Good decaffeinated tea or Rooibos
-atheism or belief in one's own god, not related to any religion
