The PPeH states that all emails with 'protonmail' are scams, yet the contact for legitimate supply has this same protonmail, is this the right email (page 323) infact? having to pay extra for a license after email

without commenting on the recent issues with the email, every person who has ever ordered n thru the ppeh supplier has contacted a protonmail address.
