I think a lot about what others will say and suffer, but what about my suffering? I will have to be selfish, cowardly and at the same time very brave to ctb? I am, I admit it

The way I see it, we all have the right to exit at a time of our own choosing, it is our life and our decision. I know that it upsets others, but it would be selfish of them to expect me to suffer for decades. I have no obligations to stay alive as I did not ask to exist. I wish you the best.
