What's the best way to die with only bedroom accessories, I've been thinking about suffocation or hanging using my sheets, but I'm out of ideas and have limited resources at the moment,I think this time I lost all will and reason to live, I don't want to go from today
I was used by everyone I've ever met, and I'm alone, why continue with this suffering? BP, BPD, AHDH are my daily hell that I can't stand, and nothing in life has worked out for me...

no family, my friends disappeared, my girlfriend.

I wouldn't suggest it due to it being very painful and most likely ineffective but if you have any glass objects like cups or even a lightbulb you could break them and try cutting yourself somewhere vital.

That's even more painful and ineffective than partial. If partial is done right it's very effective and a quick method but cutting almost always fails. This is a very bad idea.

They asked for methods of CTB using bedroom items, so I thought of one that hadn't already been mentioned. I know cutting with glass is a painful and extremely unreliable option; I said as much in my original post. But they might want to know it existed as a last resort. Neither of us know their exact situation; while I personally would immediately discount it (and have already said as much multiple times) they might be in enough pain to feel it's worth trying.

That must be really dreadful what you go through, I hope that you find freedom from all the suffering this hellish existence causes, ceasing to exist would also solve everything for me personally which is why it's so extremely cruel how people cannot just have the option to easily die in peace and have to struggle so much to die instead, I wish painless guaranteed suicide isn't so inaccessible.
