I wouldn't order unless you have enough money you are comfortable putting aside for that. he might just be selling the 0.6 % sn disguised as the old one. I suspect he might have been forbidden from buying the pure one I emailed him asking why the site is down and he said he closed it and offered me 0'6 % sn. I might try regardless since I have enough money to potentially waste I'll wait a little bit tho.
Are you sure he offered 0.6%?? I think it's pretty important for people to know that since most (if not all) don't test their dsl SN
He lives in a part of the world where pure SN is easy to source so its probably something else.

I have talked with him last week and this week. I can relay what he told me that I feel comfortable. It's very difficult for him to work now; customs inspections are practically paralyzing normal operations. Receiving parcels is based on luck. Yes, his site is dead. Customs control is currently active on his side, and all parcels are being checked very carefully. He is not shipping packages until inspection activity subsides. U* Customs confiscate a lot of parcels every day, so it's not worth sending packages now and he does not know when he will be resume depending on customs easing up. Yes, there is obviously a lot going on with him as we can all see that news piece. I would not be concerned about not hearing back from him. There are many factors at play. You are very fortunate that your order slipped through and was received easily.
