Bump - calling other aussies 🔊
may i ask how you paid for it, please

i do not know the law, but to my knowledge it is not illegal to own it. they may do a welfare check, but i do not believe that is illegal. not sure if they can actually confiscate it, but if it isn't illegal, and you have a reason to have it, then i would think they cannot take it from you

why
Hey guys, I ordered from DSL and I'm freaking out. I've tried to return to sender and it won't let me because the sender hasn't allowed for that option.

Has anyone recently purchased from DSL in AUS? How did it go?
why have you tried to return to sender?

has yours left ukraine yet?

After ordering I read it's a restricted substance and that someone in QLD got sectioned. Mine is in transit.

it is definitely restricted. it can only be sent to a commercial address. i do not believe it is illegal in any way though. a company can buy 99% pure from truganina in melbourne, but of course, it could not be ordered through them with just a residential address and no appropriate paperwork proving you can legally purchase it

if they take it, they take it, which isn't good, but obviously, you told dsl a particular reason for ordering it, so just use that excuse if they do a welfare check. just practice sounding honest and happy. you obviously have a new hobby which i assume has to do with food, so just tell them that. it would seem that many people in australia have possession of it, so it does get through. either way, while i do not think they will section you if you have your story correct, i doubt anything could be worse than what you have already gone through. if you have made it this far, then dealing with a welfare check would probably be no more stressful than have a cup of coffee or a cold drink

i ordered mine on wednesday night and it seems to be ready for take off. it seems that is has made it through ukraine customs and is now at the international terminal

i hope everything turns out well for you and you get relief from your situation. i cannot literally wish you to pass, but your happiness, comfort and contentment is all that matters, so good luck
