I have never tried any drugs but I live in town where there is plenty of drugs available in black market. Is it possible that one big dose can kill you immediately ? How much must be taken so that you die after taking this dose first and last time in your life ?

This is not a good choice for CTB.
Less than 14% success rate. You could even physically or mentally disabled yourself & increase your suffering.
Street drugs are cut heavily & you don't know what you're really getting or how much.
I would honestly avoid OD as a CTB methods.
If you look thru the megathreads you'll find other accessible methods.
