im considering retrying shallow water blackout (failed attempt earlier today) but while taking melatonin and maybe getting alcohol alongside it too? any advice would be appreciated

melatonin isn't going to sedate you enough to drown and alcohol alone also won't be enough

Melatonin doesn't knock you out, it just makes you sleepy
Alcohol could possibly work in really high doses but there'd be high chance that you mess up something along the way
If you want something to make you pass out you should look out for stronger substances, for exemple a mix of benzos and opioids will make you pass out for several hours

Dive into a shallow pond with hard floor, I've seen a bunch of indian knock themslef out in water and drown this way. Might want to be alone tho

yes, but w shallow water blackout you can pass out without any substances i thinm. i just wanted to take them to help
