Is it okay to drink water after the initial ingestion since i heard that it tastes really bad and would probably make u puke. I've seen people drink water after the SN ingestion but i don't know how that will effect the body. Any advice is appreciated

its not recommended to drink water even after u take sn. what ppl have done in the past is suck on candy instead! also the reason why u throw up is because your body knows ur poisoning urself (anxiety can also induce vomiting though) hopefully this is helpful to u, sending hugs!
i think its fine its just water
just make sure u do the appropriate level of SN dosage

protocol calls for like 50 ml of water per 25g of SN i think? so drinking water would mess that ratio up
yeah that's why i said he should take note of the dosage. He can drink more SN in 50ml water than drink more water afterwards
