SN is a poison, your body is going to want to reject it. Also alcohol can have the complete opposite effect that you're trying to accomplish. Excessive alcohol consumption can alter the GI tract, including making it harder for absorption (which will hamper the entire process of SN). This is not advisable, follow the methods.
