Story Dreading media

[Omniscient Chasm]

Due to the very public nature of my last attempt. (Went on for months and my family hassled by media)

I already dread putting that burden onto them once more, because the media is so ruthless and selfish.

I don't know why I bother mentioning this as I'm obviously selfish enough to commit suicide sometime. Hopefully it'll be well planned enough to seem accidental/benign.

But knowing my luck I'll have probably resort to something extreme and unconventional as I seemingly cannot die.
