I'll keep a journal to write down my frustrations, I expect to feel like shit since I'm glued to my phone like 16h of the day. It also makes me binge eat. Wish me luck.
To do instead of phone:
-read- 'Keep sharp' 'Dopamine detox' 'outsmart your exams'
-study- using Discord on my desktop for that, hope it'll make it more bearable haha
-practice math
-sleep, meditate, nap
-take walks
-plan and journal
-cook
-play piano
-draw/paint/make collages
-socialise
-gym
-pilates
-run
-take baths
-cold showers
-swim

I'll raw dog my workouts without tracking them on my phone, I'll do yoga without guide videos, I'll do pilates without them as well, in the gym I'm listening to people's convos and the music in the background. On my bike I'm listening to the birds. I also hope to be free of binge eating. My best is 18 days without it, I'll try to go for 30 since the phone is a major factor in my binge eating. I'll spend my free time journaling and reading probably
