Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I wanted to wait until I got my hands on SN but I realize how that won't be an option for a long time. But I have two ideas. On partial suspension, I use my door. My doorknob is pretty unique on the fact that it is VERY sturdy. I was thinking I tie up the noose real close so I can sit on a stool , and than after move the stool so I can be suspended in the air. The second one is the full suspension with the pull up bar. My brother got it some months ago, and it's very sturdy wuth how I have seen it. I weigh a lot less than my brother and he can hang on there for 10-20 minutes. But I don't know if this'll be good enough because I haven't seen anyone else use it before + I'll have to convince my brother I can have it. Thankfully he would be gone for some days so I can steal it during it. Im also leaning towards this method because I hear full suspension is a lot more successful than partial + I have tried partial like 3, 4 times never works.

If it's one of those bars you put between the door frame, I wouldn't trust it myself.

I'd probably be dubious even about those ones that are screwed into the wall. I'd probably take my chances on a power station (or whatever you call them).

Tbh that's why I have doubts. It's not even the ones where you screw them in, but as long as it can break my neck it shoukd be fine… the hospitals here suck and are slow as hell anyways. But wdym by Power station?

You know those power racks where you rack the barbell.
