Venting Don't yall want someone to know about your suffering before committing??

Just as the title says ...Don't you guys some times feel like before finally leaving for good someone just any one person should know about what you went through ??

In my case, ever since i was a minor i had suicidal thoughts and my last wish was to let someone know how much i have been through too but that did change last year after which now my last wish is to leave as soon as possible and preferably this month

I dont want to make people suffer after ive passed away. I feel like letting them know would only add on to thier grief

Plenty of people in my life know that I suffer from gender dysphoria but it would be difficult to explain to any of them the degree to which it affects me without getting thrown in a psych ward. And even then, cis people tend to lack the ability to really comprehend dysphoria.

This is just one example though that illustrates how unsatisfying it can be to express your suffering to others, though. Consider the example of someone suffering extreme chronic physical pain all day every day, but on the outside they look fine and function just fine. Plenty of people in life and on this forum have this specific issue. What does expressing your suffering to another person often lead to? Extreme frustration on your end when you realize that they don't really seem to get it, and guilt on their end that they don't really have any way to help you with your issue. It's a lose-lose situation a lot of the time, in my opinion. That is the main reason I try not to talk about my specific variety of suffering with anyone except those who also suffer from the same variety of suffering.

Nope. It wouldn't make any difference because no amount of comfort ever comforts me. Who cares anyway? Not like trauma dumping on someone will either a) save me from CTB, or b) unring any bells. I'll be dead anyway, I won't care.

Everyone id be comfortable talking to does know. Theyve just given up and understandably so.
