If you need to vent you can choose to make posts to your profile.
It's called a status update.
Or you use the same thread you started and reply to that.
Many users have replied and you can continue those threads.

Starting a new thread for every thought that goes through your mind may be easier, but it also appears on everyone's timeline under "What's New" as new post. In the end choking other threads and taking over the forum.

If you get some pushback, it's because people get upset about seeing nothing but your 1-post-threads since yesterday.
