Help Domperidone as antiemetic

Can domperidone be used as an antiemetic before taking sn? If so, what is the stat dose and when should I take it?

It's recommended to take 8-16mg Ondansetron with the final dose.

I think I will take 15mg dom every 8 hours for 48 hours, 30mg for the final dose with the Ondansetron.

I think one of the side effects of Domperidone is something to do with damaging your heart/heart attack, but that's probably something that takes many months.
