When the thoughts are at their worst, it feels like constant heartbreak from how emotionally painful it is to realize that I've spiraled all the way to this point. So I guess I would say it does feel like chest pain to me at times.
Physically it manifests only when im really feeling down or thinking about ctb in a very logical way and it happens as pain in the arms like it's flowing from inside out it's really freaky. I guess that's the way my body learned how to cope with it.
idk sometimes i feel relief because the idea of ctb distracts me from the pain and that this all won't matter in the end. but when i actually think about doing it my chest starts to feel heavy and i feel guilty for how it had to turn out this way. gah dayum
