I'm running out of options and all methods look far too painful. Have heard of the side effects of SN which for all they are grim (nausea, dizziness) - are more palpable than hanging and drowning.

I've noticed that most people here who have attempted with SN and failed don't report any pain. Generally they report vomiting, dizziness, increased heart rate, seizures, fatigue, etcSimilar threads
