There are SN guides and the PPH that do recommend taking medications against pain and also against nausea.
Passing is individual.
There is a Thread where someone made a statistic based on survivor reports!
ibuprofen wont really cancel the the side effects.
i do take metoclopramide, but i still suffer from nausea so i guess its not that strong (without even starting)
