Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

I just gained around 5 pounds in a few weeks even though I was counting my calories! This makes me want to catch the bus even more. If I keep going at this rate though I will have an even harder time trying to ctb! Is anyone else struggling with this?

Start running and when you are fit enough, aim for 5 to 10km a day on the treadmill. Trust me, the weight will just come off but you have to be consistent.

Plateauing. Still, if you restrict long enough you finally end up continuing to lose a little bit of weight.
I don't think I could starve to death, but I could probably lose enough to be in dire straits health wise. I'd go for it if I wasn't still trying to be a man. I have little upper body strength left. Heavy doors are hard to open. I'd be depending on kids to open doors for me if I wasted away more.
How much are you counting too?
1000cal a day should be about 1-1.5kg loss a week even if you dont do much.
Many variables b uh t at the end of the day if your using more energy than you intake your gonna lose weight. Also fat isnt bad, sugar is your enemy.
Im overweight but have cut a few times and as much as i hated it just by cutting food and not changing excersize and doing little i lost weight fairly consistently, just.. slowly.
There is an app called my fitness pal.
Really good for counting cals because you can scan barcodes or input yourself.
I've had this problem. I'd lose weight one week and gain half of it back the next. It was really confusing. I would suggest maybe doing sit-ups or sticking to green/healthier foods. Took me a lot of willpower to do so but it helped a little bit.
I was severely depressed from early January till early May and during this time had no appetite whatsoever, however the weight loss from this period was disappointing despite barely eating. I'm on risperidone 4mg, lamotrigine 200mg and duloxetine 60mg and am 56 years old. I've had precisely the opposite problem for the past few months, my appetite is voracious and I've put back what weight I lost and then some. I don't know what to suggest OP, I have the same problem and think it has to do with the meds, especially anti psychotics.

even if it sounds retarded, drop the water, when i started limiting myself to 750ml of water max daily while counting my calories i started losing weight, they kept saying "2L or more 8 cups" and all that shit which only made me stagnate on the same weight or even gain some ironically. drop the water it aint good. lost 6kgs the last 2 weeks, im hoping this will make my coffin lighter for the people who will carry it.
