Does anyone else have dystonia ? Or similar disease which gives you terrible spasms ?
I cannot handle it anymore. I wanted to wait 6 months to think about CTB but I suffer so much these times, and since so many years.
I have SN, diazepam but no meto.
I'm psychologically ready to go. The most important things are in order (goodbye letter, testament). I wanted to sort out other things before leaving but I don't think I'll have the time or energy.
I'll try to increase valium (that helps a little with spasms) and asking for more effective painkillers, but this fucking disease won't go away.
I have done nothing with my life and no one can help me
