I think it's pretty hard to come by for N. I got scammed for it.

N is very difficult to find, some people have had luck in person in south america but even then, it is super unlikely.

It's better to seize your search for n, it's impossible to get it. Unless you have a friend at a hospital or vet, then you might have a chance to acquire one.
Anyone claiming to sell it is 100% a scammer, even on the dark web you wont find it.
