Venting does anyone else feel like their body parts sometimes just "die"

sometimes I feel like a body part is "dying" from me going numb and whenever it happens I just imagine seeing the body part on a deathbed then a dead battery bar hovering above whilst it "shuts off" like the way people die when the plug is pulled or how opiate addicts look when nodding off
