• Hey Guest,

An update on the OFCOM situation: As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. OFCOM, the UK’s communications regulator, has singled out our community, demanding compliance with their Online Safety Act despite our minimal UK presence. This is a blatant overreach, and they have been sending letters pressuring us to comply with their censorship agenda.

Our platform is already blocked by many UK ISPs, yet they continue their attempts to stifle free speech. Standing up to this kind of regulatory overreach requires lots of resources to maintain our infrastructure and fight back against these unjust demands. If you value our community and want to support us during this time, we would greatly appreciate any and all donations.

Yes, yet a few of us who see this world and society in a negative fashion are seen as the insane, irrational, sick individuals. Have you seen how awful is the nature of life? Nature is predatory, brutal, mindless, careless. Animals slowly chewing animals alive in utter agony, to survive one more day and reproduce. What about humans? Slavery, wars, torture, abuse, bullying, rape etc.. What's so good about life anyway, that compensate for all these horrors? For me nothing... But the measure of sanity is apparently to be adapted to this gruesome reality, to enjoy living in this hell and reproducing.

No ! It's all orchestrated by a minority . Greed , corruption abounds from politicians to their masters ! It shouldn't make you depressed , it should make you angry !

As much as a caring person I consider myself to be, in this case no the bad stuff happening in the world doesn't actually phase me, worryingly. I always grew up with the belief that you should worry about yourself and those close to you first, then once you have nothing to worry about, then open your arms to everything else.

As my dad used to say, " the world is going to hell in a handbasket ". Of course, it seems like it's been doing that for a really long time. That's one of my lesser reasons for ctb. I don't want to have to watch the carnage anymore.
I'm a 64 year old widower who often finds myself saying the same thing. I feel badly for millenials; they have inherited a big mess not of their choosing. No wonder suicidal ideation has reached plague proportions. Thank god I am 64 because the future looks too frightening to imagine.

I definitely agree with you. I feel the same way about young people today. My sister-in-law has a 5 year old great-grandson. I wonder what things will be like when he grows up.

When I started thinking about suicide . My only reason was my botched face and the fact that I look like monester . But I am going to kill myself now because I don't like to deal with awful people in the world anymore . There are some people in our office and they do whatever that they can so I lose my job in these last days of my life . They don't know what is going to happen but it is a good oppurtunity for them to show what kind of decent people they are . They can smell when someone is in the position of weekness and their brutal nature make them attack me . I really want to close my eyes to this world and its awful people
My horrendous looks are another reason, maybe even the main reason. I can take my mind off of what else is happening around the things happening around the world, but I can't escape from how I get treated for how I look.

In a recent report called the handy report, statisticians predict the collapse of the western world as we know it in approximately fifty years or so. As a baby boomer and part of the suicide generation I can't envision what the young will do to manage that. I got a bachelors degree and masters degree in the early eighties. I could not have done that now. I don't see how you young folks deal with it now. What I do know is that there is plenty to be angry and suicidal over in this world today
