Yes. I've been a tax auditor for the last 13 years.
The only good thing that can be said about it is that I work mostly from home, and don't have to talk to many people. I just can't stand a regular workplace anymore.
Yeah I saw the title of the thread, started reading, and got lost.. I think somehow 2 threads are combinedWhat the heck has happened here?
If only you were so luckyI thought I'd entered the twilight zone
OMG I don't know how you do it... anything to do with numbers is a nightmare for me...
True! Don't get me wrong, I love excel, but not when I have to use my brain to crunch numbers...Numbers are good, they don't judge you, they don't ask for anything, they obey the rules.
Nevertheless, these days I have to take stimulants to be able to focus on my work, though. Or else I keep staring at those huge spreadsheets, until I give up and start reading a book. I need at the very least a caffeine pill.
Yes and I hate the nature of my job, the environment of the job, the low salary, the shifts. Everything.I used to work.
Haha. Totally me too. Kept scrolling up to check thread title.I thought I'd entered the twilight zone
