Early morning, right when I wake up.
I have severe anxiety that worsens as the day goes on, so if I were to try to do it later in the day, I'd be a fucking mess. I can't concentrate and would fuck it up.
Plus, if I am doing my back up SN, then I will have been fasted long enough during my sleep. So really, serves dual purpose.
