I thought this was about erectile dysfunction at first lol. I definitely think I'm developing an ED. My body's getting used to eating one full meal a day and just snacking. At first I used to eat 3 times a day, then last year it started to fall to two times a day with snacks. Idk if it's healthy at all but I never feel hungry anymore nor have a desire to eat food so now I only eat breakfast and then snacks all day or nothing throughout the day and just dinner. I've lost 10 pounds now too but I'm not noticeably thin. Due to my anhedonia, it all tastes the same to me now. All food is cardboard and eating is becoming a chore rather than something I look forward to.

I try to distract myself with music, movies, youtube/tik toks etc. Also try to force myself to eat breakfast and dinner (as best I can).

I used to be bulimic, but I guess I "grew" out of it. I still binge sometimes but not more than three average American. Bulimia is hell on your wallet, I would literally count out my last dollars to see what did I could buy.

I've pretty much had every eating disorder there is since the age of 14. And I've accepted the fact that I will never be able to look at food the same ever again. Right now I suffer from ednos(Eating Disorder Not Otherwise Specified) but will most likely go back to my anorexic or orthorexia ways when I go back to work. atm I'm at a slim but healthy weight but am not happy with my body even though I should be. Even when I was at the lowest I could be without many health issues I was still tempting myself to go lower. EDs are hell and there is no way to fully escape because you need food to live. Not to mention weight loss can be addicting. You get a high out of counting everything and knowing you haven't eaten at all.

I've fought anorexia off and on for about 12 years now (since age 11). Even at my lowest, I didn't really have any health issues (lowest being bmi of about 15) which was surprising to me, but the body is incredibly adaptive. Always wished it were practical to just starve to death, but unfortunately that would leave way too much opportunity for outside interference.

I dated a guy a while back whose mom was a nutritionist who worked with terminally ill people. Her advice to people who came to her for nutrition advice and after several months just wanted to ctb was to just stop eating. One day I overheard her on the phone talking to a family about just that. She had such a poetic way of discussing it. But this really only works if the whole family is on the same page.

I've been in a love hate with food since I was ten, being raised poor I was told that I didn't deserve food because I wasn't an athlete like my brother. Since then I've always felt that I was unworthy of any food I ingest. Once spent three months with only uncooked rice, water/juice and seasoning packets for my source of nutrition. Me and food are never going to be friends again and I'm currently starving myself so that when I do CTB it will be near impossible to survive

This is one of my biggest problems and one of the reasons why I got so fat.
I just can't be constant with eating at the same hour every day and I just eat unhealthy stuff.

Let's say I "have dinner" at about 4am lol.

I usually hate eating. Likely gave myself diabetes from not eating enough and consuming sugar for energy since it felt less heavy. Since then, weed has helped with the low appetite or nausea at times. Other than that, I just really struggle and don't have a solution or advice.

I suppose I do a lot of binge eating but without the purging people just call that being American.

I thought this was about erectile dysfunction at first lol.
I thought the same lmao

I eat one meal a day at 6pm, and one slimfast shake for breakfast and a Hungerbuddy tablet at 12-noon. And that's it!

I struggle with eating - after being (severely) underweight and deeply entrenched in my anorexia for 6-8 years -
I feel like I can't really enjoy or ever be normal around food anymore. Yeah, I am at a healthy weight now but my mind is still stuck in many of those old routines and habits - annoying as fuck.
But I can say it's become much easier and I haven't given up on fighting my intrusive thoughts now that I am 2 years into my recovery journey and finally not malnourished any longer.
