Thanks!! I know all the extra medicine is recommended but I don't even have painkillers honestly, can I skip those too? My pain tolerance is pretty high anyway

The only thing you should consume before your attempt should be whatever pills you need to help in your attempt. Stop drinking clear liquid after 2 hours before your planned attempt time.
