Unfortunately no. My dreams are either absent or nightmarish, my waking thoughts are for ctbing.

And lastly - I dreamt of a magnificent white deer who made motions for me to follow it. I woke up before I could follow it.

Maybe you knew this but in celtic mythology the white deer often symbolizes the passing or being close to the otherworld :) .

Sometimes, but rarely. When I do, it's of me trying to purchase a shotgun only for something odd to prevent me from doing so, such as finding a gun I want, only for it to disappear in a way that only happens in dreams, or buying ammo but the ammo turns into screws, weird shit like that.
