Well the gas my mother and i used was helium. I know she went peacefully but the look on her face was dramatic. She passed out and her arm was still up holding the bag in position. I tried the helium method and it has gotten me braindamage. Not much but just a little to make life unbearable. I also tried with nitrogen gas. First time it worked and i passed out after maybe 2 seconds. But my survival instinct kicked in and i found myself laying on the ground and pissed myself. I think if my survival instinct didnt kicked in it actually worked. Now i am done with the exit bag method. I doesnt work for me. I am planning to end it easily just with a rope and its done.

By the way when people have damage to certain places near ear they can hear noices constantly. Damage to one area causes constant high tinning sound, damage to other part constant low sounds. I heard low constant noice for years after I got hit near my ear. I was told it came from nerve damage close to ear and nerve damages usually heal over time. There are drugs for the pain and help it (if it's from nerve damage)heal faster. But taking them all I felt constantly like very, very drunk so I couldn't take the ones making them heal faster daily.

I hope you get help for the damages especially if you choose to live. Neurologists are best in treating those symptoms.
I am sure they will get better.

I felt pain in lungs if taking big breaths after CO exposure for about 2 months. Luckily I had no need to take those and breathing normally was fine. I also have felt more forgetfull and tired but could be side effect from the physical pain and many meds for it too or maybe I have gotten little depressed too.

Someone posted in other thread a study that made lots of sense. It said that people who have tried and failed ctb and have studied and practised ctb methods (read, discussed, thoughts,tests) are very likely to ctb eventually. It said that exposure to thoughts of it and taking more deadly risks by testing and otherwise take eventually the SI instinct away from them. They get numb to the fear all have for dieing and loose the way to feel fear about it eventually by exposure to the feeling. Like after big trauma people panic, have anxiety, fast heart beat, stomack pain from thoughts and insomnia and they think it over and over even trying to resist it. Eventually they will often get totally numb. They feel nothing. Their brain protects them this way and blocks them from thinking of the trauma too.


I have decided to go happily. I will leave you all to fight for more humane and loving world and try to forget all the injustice, suffering and all crimes done to me and others and be happy that my suffering will end. I don't have energy to help others anymore but wish all the best for all of you.

I am so sorry to hear that. Did you have same gear and helium as your mom. I know only 3 countries where pure helium is sold but she seems to have had it. I have it too but no mask and tube. I don't get the regulator thing. Wouldn't it keep coming until the bottle is empty with just tube and mask if it's left on?

I think that CO with gen is peacefull. I felt euphoric, tired, peacefull and happy after short exposure to very high ppm. I would use more. And I can tell it makes one fall asleep fast and then they get unconscious. It is safe If people don't accidentally breath when going in or get found. Or they can be in place all time if they don't mind the noice. One person here said he breathed accidentally when going in and got knocked out in second with door open and got headache from long exposure (not enough to die).

All studies say that banning popular suicide way don't decrease suicide. People just find other way to ctb and rates only go up in all countries. Not banning them (like Nembutal) would save bystanders from possible traumas for sure.

I wonder that if people keep jumping in front of trains (in Germany already 8% which is 3/day ctb with train, in Netherlands about 11%) as only way to ctb will people start to vote for legal Euthanasia more?

I've looked into a lot of options honestly. There are a number of 10+ story buildings not far from where I live. Heroine is another I've been considering, I know a few people that are trustworthy that I could probably get it from. Another option that's really not what I would prefer but is an option nonetheless, is to build a relatively small explosive(I have friends that have experience with this sort of thing) and I could basically use it to blow my head off.

I'm currently unemployed and do not have much money, so until I start working again a lot of the options that are quick and peaceful are out of reach.

I wished I had heroine source inside the country. That would definitely be my first choice. I would check the potency before it with smallest amount (I have never used drugs).

News say that in Sweden and Denmark they have lots of granades on sale with low price. That would be nice since it's painless and works for sure. Self made would need skills. Just don't search things for it in Google, use duck duck go instead. ;) News say google sends info to police if someone searches things used in bombs. One family got trauma after searching just pressure cooker (= only 1 item used in bombs) and later other family member searches new packbag with same computer from Google and one had read one bombing news article and they got angry Police terrorist task force to search their home.

I struggled with this a while, my initial plan was to take xanax, down the SN then snort a large line of heroin (along with the meto and any other anti-emetics). Now I'm thinking to just do the SN, then if I vomit it all up I still have some xanax and heroin, plus if anyone finds me with blue lips it'll look like an OD

I am starting to think I should have plan b also in case of being found and being locked up. So if there is news about autopsy case where deceased had sn in plastic bag/condom in their butt its me with my plan b to have painless exit in Psych prison. ;)

Do you know that did they check you at night in hospital after failed ctb?


I feel so sorry for you. What gas you used? What about your mother? Did you have right bag and everything right?
From personal experience I can honestly say that dieing from lack of air in about 15 min was totally peacefull so I know your mother couldn't feel any pain. After accident I actually wanted to die after only 5 min because I felt euphoric, unearthly peace, love and happiness I knew this world can never give and I was sure it would continue after death. Then I had eventually black out and so good nde I don't have words to describe it. It was million times better than the happiest moments in life. After that I wanted to go there (life after earth) so bad every day even I was the happiest person in life before it.

People say that bleeding hurt but I don't think that bleeding from damage to big artery hurted at all after doctor cut my big artery
She said I lost about 4-4.5 l blood and asked if I wanted blood transfer. I denied her giving it because people have gotten HIV in my country from blood transfer.

I think CO, Nembutal and h/f are painless but must be done by the peacefull pill book.

Not for real. There are other places where to hide it easily that you can take with you anywhere. If your bag has hole in its inner fabric then put it there etc.

With the co from generator, how did you do it? We're you in a car with the generator running or in a room and did you seal it up? I want to ctb with a generator running in a room and just going to close the door. Just wondering if that would be enough or if I would have to take the extra steps and seal the room up.
