this sounds stupid but last year I recorded some songs, but only rough vocals... I'd like to get them finished but not looking likely...

My last goal was to leave my apologies with goodbye letters and relieve my loved ones of me being a burden on them and this life being a burden on me. Before that? I've tried the best I can to help people so they dont feel so lost in this world. I wish I felt like I had the energy to keep going and continue that.

Yes. I have been for the last 6 months to a year. I have been treating all my meals like last meals. I have been treating all my moments like last moments. I have called a few friends and tried to talk to them one last few times. I have gone to places I've never walked and done a few other last things. I can't afford a "bucket list" so I have been doing what I can.

A few years back I had one thing: I wanted to watch the end of Game of Thrones. Look how that turned out...

I guess there are things I want to do, though. I just had dinner, so I wanted that. I'm seeing a therapist and I haven't quit my job (yet), so I want these. I keep dreaming about abandoning everything to get another degree, so I want that (to keep dreaming, I mean. I don't know if I actually want to go through the trouble). But my wills are very volatile and I don't see me anchoring myself to any of them.

I know that it may be seem futile to set a goal before CTBing but my one goal is to find peace with what my life is...which a flaming trash can of failed opportunities and regret that no amount of anything will be able to undo

That's what I was thinking. My last goal is to die.

Not really. Make one last ditch effort to get back the one thing that made me love life, but, other than that, why? No point really. Everything in my life is either trivial or a massive failure so, yeah, I am not going to try and screw something else up before I go. Did enough damage already.

Finish a list of video games, Netflix shows and books. Besides those there are no other goals - except for successfully dying.

A couple, yes, that's why I haven't done it yet. But even those are just things that were already started, things I want to see through completion. And even those are variations on a theme, so to speak, of things I've already done, so if I didn't finish them, no big difference. But I'm a completist. But after that, I don't want to start any new things to keep going.

Not really. I've never understood the concept of bucket lists or last goals as you say. I would probably only say stuff that will make it easier for other people in my life who will continue to live. Like a will or tidying up my things. But goals for me personally? Not exactly going to matter after I'm dead lol

Just to plan the best way out. Goals and accomplishments do not matter in this life. Everything is erased by death. I feel like humans try to do stuff to distract them from their inevitable fate.

Happy to find another Omori player here. I'm also hoping to finish the game.

My 'major' goal besides is to sit for finals. Once I do that, I won't have any obligations to anyone. I'll be able to leave without feeling like I didn't do something I promised.
