I also don't feel like writing a detailed explanation, I mean, my family knows my struggle, they just don't take it seriously. I also want to do something like that, a note just to clarify it was on purpose, not necessarily a reason why.

I plan to keep a sealed envelope with my will nearby. My night table already has a huge DNR sign on it with my ID and where to find my will.

(i live alone, no one has ever been in my apartment)
