Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I like being alone. It's nice being able to do things without being judged and I find being around others to be draining.

I thrive on being alone. It is these moments I think I'm closest to peace. When I am alone is when I meditate, when I am alone is when I journal or read. I feel closest with myself when I am alone. It is a cozy feeling to be alone in my room or if possible my house, knowing every action I do is free from judgment or my perceived judgment from them. I even like doing things alone, I have no problem going to a bar by myself and often do. My mind is often a scary place, but it a place that I can navigate.

All that being said, the right company can be a welcome interlude, however I believe I would rather spend the majority of my time alone.

It would be really interesting to know how people currently in relationships respond to this post, I wonder if their current emotional investment in that other person would make people who are otherwise loners choose to be with someone.

Completely and entirely alone. No one really knows me, so it feels like I'm constantly having to put on this exhausting act. I guess the only exception would be my parents, sometimes
