the storm did pass away but ill call now just to see if they can help with the trauma and the hallucinations hopefully, we also cant leave our homes because of the alert until it passes so they will prob not be able to do much

I'm so sorry, it must be really difficult for you. You're strong for making it through it though, I'm proud of you! Really hope the emergency services can help calm you down. Sorry I haven't been able to be there for you that much today, my depression has been getting bad so I don't have much energy.

doing a bit better rn but not fully, this whole trauma will take quite alot of time to heal, way too much
what hallucination are you experiencing? What is the time and country you are at? How long have it been rained for?
I got heavy raining from couple days ago with thunderstorm, not sure if this storm went to you there.

Ik what you mean. It takes me several days, sometimes weeks depending on the severity to recover from a trigger myself. I too struggle with trauma.Try to get stargate from the hardest and grindiest minecraft modpack, you will get the knowledge of the universe along the way.
spain im from spain and the hallucination is light flashes and sounds of thunder, rn it isnt raining alot here but like the hallucinations are horrible
