Do multiple health conditions increase chance of overdose being successful?

Does having AIDS, COPD, KIDNEY DISEASE STAGE 4 AND shortbowel improve my chances of an opiod and benzos overdose being fatal? I already stated the meds I have in previous post and would think my frail health would contribute.
I don't understand how others OD on just 20 oxycodone and some benzos and pass away but I large quantity of both plus others won't have same result.
